Sub: Grant of look after promotion to the JAO/AO/CAO  in CG Circle-regarding.

Respected Sir,

A large no. of JAO/AO are working in CG Circle since long and are eligible for promotion to the grade of A.O. /CAO. Since the regular promotion orders are to be issued by BSNL Corp. Office after conducting DPC in due course of time, it is requested to look into the matter and look after charge may be given to eligible JAO/AO to the next higher grade. Further all the eligible candidates have already got the financial up gradation from E1 to E2/E2 to E3 and so on, so there will not be any financial burden on BSNL.

This will definitely result in boosting the moral and confidence of the executives, and they will be motivated.
