5^th Circle Conference of AIBSNLEA Chhattisgarh Circle at Raipur on 22^nd Nov 2016

AIBSNLEA Chhattisgarh  Circle held its 5^th Circle conference at Raipur on 22^nd Nov 2016. Sh.R.N.Patel, CGMT CG Circle was the chief guest.  Com. Prahlad Rai, GS Com C.M. Saste , Org secretary (West) and Com. B.Laxman, President, AIGETOA (CHQ), Com. Gagan Soni, CS, AIGETOA CG Circle attended and addressed the open session. 

Com.Sumit Khote CS, AIBSNLEA, CG Circle in his welcome address appraised the functioning of AIBSNLEA and assured that during membership verification AIBSNLEA with the support of AIGETOA will get 2/3 votes in CG Circle and will become no.1 Association. 

 Com.Gagon Soni, CS AIGETOA assured vote and support to AIBSNLEA. Com.B.Laxman, President AIGETOA (CHQ) in his address discussed the burning issues of DR executives i.e. E1-A and E2-A pay scales replacement by E2 and E3 standard pay scales, scrapping of MT/DGM RRs and implementation of CPSU cadre hierarchy of  Khan committee report.  He also emphasized to implement 30% superannuation benefit to DR employees wherein BSNL has to  make the 12% contribution rather than 3% contribution.  He demanded resolution of JTOs 2007 and 2008  JTOs pay anomaly matter and settlement of Rule-8 transfers of JTOs.  He further mentioned that along with AIGETOA, the AIBSNLEA is only the Association and trying for the settlement of the above issues in true sense.  Hence , he appealed all the DR executives to vote and support to AIBSNLEA in the membership verification and to make it a no 1 executive Association.

Sh.R.N Patel, CGMT,CG Circle in his address appraise in detail the efforts being made to make CG Circle a profit making circle.

Com C.M.Saste, OS (West) appealed all the executives to make AIBSNLEA No.1 executive Association during membership verification since AIBSNLEA is only safeguarding the interest of executives of BSNL of all disciplines and trying to save BSNL.

Com. Prahlad Rai, GS in his address discussed achievements of AIBSNLEA during the last 10-11 years and assured to get settled all the pending issues as discussed by Com.Laxman, President AIGETOA. He assured that after becoming the No.1 executive association in membership verification with the support of AIGETOA, all the demands of AIGETOA along with AIBSNLEA demands will settled on top priority. He appealed all the executives to vote and support AIBSNLEA in the membership verification to safeguard the interest of BSNL executives and to save BSNL.

Com.Mukesh Shrivastava, Circle President extended vote of thanks.  The Programme was convened by Smt. Anuradha madam, Rajbhasha Adhilkari in a nice manner.  After the open session the new Circle Body was elected unanimously.

AIBSNLEA Chhattisgarh  Circle held its 5^th Circle conference at Raipur on 22^nd Nov 2016. Sh.R.N.Patel, CGMT CG Circle was the chief guest.  Com. Prahlad Rai, GS Com C.M. In accordance with notice served on dated 22-10-2016 CEC meeting of AIBSNLEA Chhattisgarh Circle is held in Civil line Telephone Exchange campus on 11.00 A.M. The following members/ office bearers are present during meeting:-

Shri R.K.Sharma CT left the meeting during discussion of less CHQ quota paid as reported by CHQ during all India Conference at Mysore.

The following agenda points has discussed:-

1.        As Shri R.K. Sharma Circle Treasurer said to be deposited CHQ quota Rs.10000/- but as per CHQ report only Rs.1000/- had been deposited and about balance  Rs.9000/- Shri Sharma is showing some photo copy of cash transfer through bank but no original copy is being submitted after repeated pursuance , hence the balance amount of Rs.9000/- immediately to be handed over to CS within seven days. A letter to be sent to Shri Sharma for deposition of same amount other wise disciplinary action according to constitution will be taken against him. Moreover, it has been decided to hand over all receipt books lying  with Circle treasurer for  further verification of account statement.

2.        During the year 2014 the payment against Diary was paid Rs. 20,000/- by then CS Shri S.K.Mishra. As per CHQ report Rs. 18000/- more to be paid against the Diary supplied by CHQ. Clarification in this regard to be taken from Shri S.K.Mishra.

3.        In view of proposed visit of GS on 22-11-2016 at Raipur , it has been decided to conduct CEC for coming membership verification also Circle Conference which has become due to be conducted on 22-11-2016 in presence of GS and other office bearers of CHQ. To conduct CEC and Circle conference Rs.1000/- (One thousand only) is to be collected from all members. The breakup of Rs. 1000/- is as follows:-

            *** Rs. 700/- for conference fee

            *** Rs. 300/- monthly subscription from July 2016 to December 2016.

4.        Office bearers will visit Ambikapur, Bilaspur and Raigarh SSA from 7^th November to 9^th November for organization activities at SSAs.

                                                      Notification                             

Following agenda has discussed during meeting of Executive body held at second floor of Auto Exchange building Raipur on dated 25/8/2016   :-

(1)   Organizational  activities to be done for coming membership verification of executive associations. The focus was made for increasing more  members also decided to touch every executive for delivering latest news of CHQ activities for strengthening the association in Chhattisgarh Circle.

(2)  Status  of  CHQ QUOTA  &  CIRCLE  QUOTA.

(3)  Some Circle level  issues   raised  by  Executive  Members and the issues are being taken for discussion with Circle management.

Next  day  26/8/2016  Joint  meeting  with  AIBSNLEA  & AIGETOA  member  of  CG  Circle was held   at  Auto exchange   Building, Raipur . In this meeting again the matter discussed regarding membership verification and CS of AIGTOA was requested to touch their all members of Circle to unite for membership verification..
